PROBLEM

BCG needed an employer branding concept for the BENELUX region in a highly competitive market for top talent. The task was to attract the right people, stand out from the category and communicate the long-term value of joining a brand whose network and reputation extend far beyond the job itself.

SOLUTION

I developed The Impacters as a long-term, serial content format rather than a standard campaign. Built around relevance, visibility and recall, it gave BCG a more distinctive and accessible employer narrative across digital, social, event and internal channels.
